Shipping & Returns

Because our aim is to make shopping at Scrapbook City a pleasurable experience, we are pleased to offer a flat rate of $5.50 per order. This includes all postage, packaging and handling costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer this for any orders including albums or large sizzix items, please email us at info@scrapbookcity.com.au to calculate the postage for any orders that include them. You will find these rates will be very reasonable as well.

Our aim is to ship any orders received by 2pm that same day, or at the very latest within 24 hours. If there is going to be a significant delay with your order, ie something is on backorder we will contact you to let you know.

Insurance is strongly recommend as we not be responsible for any orders lost by Australia Post. Please make a comment in the notes if you require insurance, and we will contact you with the extra amount.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please return it to us within 7 days for a full refund or credit. No Postage costs will be refunded. We ask that you check your purchases straight away to allow for the 7 days.
